Tue, 25 October 2005 Well, I learned that our server is in central Florida. In case you were wondering why the files were not available for most of today. Once again the SMMS has been affected by a hurricane. Go figure. Anyway, with luck the blues podcast should go up Tuesday night.
Check out the Dead Man's new blog in the linkage section. Its a local musicians resource page. Another great idea from Tandy at deadmandancing.com! Later, Ross Category: general -- posted at: 1:27 AM Comments[0] |
Sat, 22 October 2005 I am happy and a bit hung over this morning. I played harmonica for over two hours last night with T-Bone Pruitt at Nicks Ice House. It was a great time and I hope it was the first of many times to come. Check out Tommy's new webpage in the linkage section on the left for upcoming shows and CDs. Sun, 16 October 2005 I had a great time last night playing Harmonica with Thomas Jackson and Michael Stokes at Nicks Ice House. Thomas is a great singer songerwriter and blows a mean harp, too. Michael plays standup bass with several bands including the Molotov Trio. I appreciate their invitation to play, it gave me a chance to try out my new rig in public: a Tube Works RT2100 amp and Shure BG6.1 mic. Check out Thomas Jackson's website by clicking on the link in the Linkage section to the left. New Alt/rock feed Tuesday featuring Lynn Drury and Casey Phillips recorded this past Thursday at Nicks Ice House. Later Taters! Category: general -- posted at: 1:15 PM Comments[0] |
